THZD flip-flop screen is an ideal solution for viscous and difficult-to-screen materials. Typical applications include uneven and wet recycled materials as well as high-moisture and viscous ash, mineral and clay-like materials. The particle size is usually between 0-100 mm (0-4 inches).

The flip-flop screen is a vibrating screen based on a resonance system. Due to the motion of the screen body, the screen panel is in a high vertical motion state, and the inner frame of the screen is in a motion state. The linear or circular motion of the screen produces an acceleration of the screen deck, which may be higher than any other screen before it (>50g). In this way, the screen surface is kept clean and the highest screening efficiency can be achieved even when heavy materials are used.

The unique new THZD patented design connects the screen body and the inner frame through a leaf spring system. This enables higher stroke and acceleration than similar systems. The new leaf spring design is not only very strong and durable, but also easy to adjust the stroke and acceleration without any control system.

The flip-flop screen can also be used as a multi-layer flip-flop screen or a combination of a flip-flop screen and a traditional screen. Any available screen deck system from steel mesh to perforated plate, finger screen or PU rubber plate system can be used for the top deck.
